BJGVS will touch the largest number of habitations in the country networking with the govt., NGO's and voluntary democratic actors in the society.

A large number of voluntary agencies in the people's science field are already a part of this effort. It is hoped that many others would join in, because everyone is invited to be a partner in this movement, to make it their own.

Schools, colleges and universities are invited to make BJGVS & MANAR(Mass Action for National Regeneration) a part of their programme, students, teachers and office employees are all invited. So are the social and physical scientists and engineers in various national and state agencies, retired teachers, workers and defence personnel are all welcome to participate in this adventure. Also part time workers, housewives, women's organisations, trade unions and kisan sabhas. The objectives have a meaning for all of us.
